From a young age, Majdi immersed himself in art, focusing on painting iconic landscapes of Kairouan, his hometown, and other historical sites in Tunisia. His talent for plein air painting distinguished him among his peers. At 18, Majdi joined the School of Arts and Crafts and Architecture, where he honed his design skills, learning the importance of meticulous observation and technical precision, while cultivating a deep appreciation for color and spatial composition. Inspired by his grandmother’s tapestry art, he explored how ornamental patterns could functionally enrich interior spaces.

Opening his studio in Kairouan, Majdi ventured into landscape architecture, urban design, and furniture creation, aiming to enhance the quality of life through his work. He approaches his clients’ needs with thoughtful and critical insight. His career also includes valuable experience collaborating with a renowned Swiss interior architect, which further refined his expertise in interior design and innovative spatial solutions.

In addition to his design work, Majdi is known for his collaborative efforts with distinguished designers and academic mentors. He partnered with world-renowned inventor Amor Haouani, merging his mathematical skills with Haouani’s vision to bring groundbreaking projects in renewable energy to life. Expanding his horizons, Majdi also worked with the celebrated Turkish painter Gökhan Yıldırım. This collaboration led him to Turkey, where he played a pivotal role in developing Yıldırım’s upcoming art gallery in Berlin, inaugurated in 2023.
